Ακόμα και η υπερπληροφόρηση του διαδικτύου κάποιες φορές συνωμοτικά συγκλίνει σε κάποια θέματα. Τείνουν κάποιες πληροφορίες να εμφανίζονται μπροστά σου με μια αέναη επαναληπτικότητα. Όσο μπορεί να θεωρηθεί αέναο πλέον κάτι στις μέρες μας· μέρες υπερκατανάλωσης και δίψας για το καινούργιο.

Ανίκανος να αντιδράσεις στις έντονες και συνεχόμενες αναφορές για το νέο άλμπουμ των Radiohead (The King of Limbs, 19 Φεβρουαρίου 2011), όπως επίσης και για τη νέα δουλειά της Pj Harvey (Let England Shake, 14 Φεβρουαρίου 2011). Κάπου εκεί σε ιντριγκάρει η λεπτομέρεια της κοινής επιλογής κυκλοφορίας του όγδοου άλμπουμ αμφοτέρων την ίδια εβδομάδα.
Και θέλεις να πιστεύεις ότι επέλεξαν αυτή την λεπτομέρεια με απώτερο σκοπό να σου κλείσουν πονηρά το μάτι, και να σου θυμίσουν υποσυνείδητα ό,τι τους συνδέει, ακόμα και αν αυτό είναι απλά μια χαραυγή πάνω από τους ουρανοξύστες...

Μερικές φορές το βίντεο κλιπ είναι απλά εικόνες, οι οποίες σβήνουν από τη μνήμη σου σχεδόν αυτόματα όταν ξεκινάει το fade out του τραγουδιού.
Κάποιες άλλες φορές δεν κερδίζει την αφοσίωση του βλέμματός σου, ούτε καν για τα 3 λεπτά που διαρκεί.
Άλλες πάλι σου αφήνει μια επίγευση αρνητική, ανίκανο να σε πείσει ότι ταίριαζε με το τραγούδι, το οποίο προοριζόταν να υπηρετεί...

He is a photographer and film director, who was born in Toms River, New Jersey in 1964. Clinch began his career as an intern for Annie Leibovitz.
