Esser - Enmity

" Dada is a state of mind
  Dada is artistic free thinking
  Dada gives itself to nothing."

  André Breton

Dadaists rejected reason and logic,
prizing nonsence, irrationality and intuition.

Its purpose was to ridicule the meaninglessness
of the modern world as its participants saw it.

In addition to being anti-war,
Dada was also anti-bourgeois
and socialist in nature.

Maybe it veered off in a slightly different direction
and this is what it has ended up as.", Esser
